How to Submit a Review

We encourage you to send us a review on your purchased product and overall experience. We greatly depend on your feedback to improve our product and services.

Before you send us your review, please take a note that since our customers come from all over the world, they are entitled to a varying set of privacy rights as a customer; and we as a seller are required to uphold and protect those rights. What may be considered normal in one country or a geographical area, may not be acceptable in other parts of the world.

For this reason, please read the guidelines below to send us your review.

 

1 - Send your review to reviews@luminasilkyskin.com. Please include the following in your feedback (in the same order).

• Star Rating: Give a rating on a scale of 1 to 5; where 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest rating.
• Text Content (Optional): Text is optional with the limit of 100 words. You can write your review in your own language, and it will be published in the same language.
• Product Photo(Optional): You can send up to 5 photos. Feel free to use your cellphone camera. Hazy or blurry photos will be omitted.
• Name Consent: Knowing the nature of the product, we take our customers' privacy seriously. That is why we'll publish your name only if we receive your consent in the email. If no consent was given, we would change the first name, last or both. If your face is shown in any of the photos submitted, please give us a separate consent to publish it. We may ask for identification document to establish that the photo is indeed of you. 

2 - You must be the age of 18 or above, and you must have received the item before you can send us a review. By default, we assume you meet both the requirements, unless you inform us otherwise; in which case the review will not be published; or it will be removed if it has already been published.

3 - Your review may be checked for any foul or offensive language and will be rejected if such language is found to have been used. If you aren't satisfied with our service, please use non-offensive language in your review to respect sensitivities of other readers.
